Mental Health Field

A Certified Peer Support Specialist (CPSS) working in the mental health field is required to obtain 20 hours per year of continued educational training: a minimum of 12 face-to-face hours are required, the remaining 8 can be accomplished through video-conferencing, Pathlore computer training, approved conference attendance, and/or approved reading. Documented proof of attendance is required by the trainer.
